The Crisis Harbour is more than just a few hours of support - it’s a place
of connection, compassion, and community. Whether you’re seeking
someone to talk to, a warm cup of tea, or simply a calm space, our
Harbour is here for you.
What to expect:
• Therapeutic environment staffed by trained peer supporters & volunteers
• Non-clinical support for mental health distress, self-defined or suicidal crisis
• Walk-ins welcome or book an appointment
• 1-1 & Group support available
• Alternative to A&E for immediate, compassionate care
• Safety planning & practical support
• Quick referrals to mental health assessment

Thursday and Friday 3pm - 11pm
Saturdays: 12 noon -6pm
Sundays: 3pm - 11pm
