Support for vulnerable patients

Covid-19 Parent Guide

Wigan Council have set up a support offer for all residents who do not have family or friends to support them during isolation. If you or you know someone who would benefit from non-medical help, please sign post them to:- www.wigan.gov.uk/bekind to complete a welfare support form or ring 01942 489018.

Appointments until further notice

The way we book our appointments for the next few weeks are under review to ensure that we prevent the spread of Coronavirus.  If you need an appointment please contact the surgery to book a telephone consultation or a video consultation if appropriate, with a Clinician and if necessary you will then be given an appointment to come in for a face to face appointment.

Repeat prescriptions

Please ensure that you have let the receptionist know which chemist you would like to nominate for your prescription to be sent to electronically.

Staff Training

Our staff are required to complete mandatory training each year, to ensure staff are given protected time to do this, we will close between 1.00pm and 2.00pm on the last Tuesday each month.
